The UFC is continuing its fight schedule and they are planning out new events. Khabib Nurmagomedov and Justin Gaethje are scheduled for a match and they are going to be going on according to plan based on information from UFC President, Dana White.
This match is said to hit the Octagon on October 24, 2020, at UFC 254 (Start time 10 p.m. ET Main Card) and has been delayed from September due to the global pandemic. Khabib lost his father to the pandemic and is now looking to recover and move forward.
The location for this match has yet to be determined. Dana White is looking to find a venue that will allow the fighter but he is determined that this and the other events for that night will go on as planned. It has yet to be determined if fans will be allowed to attend live but due to social distancing guidelines it is not looking like that part is going to happen. It is most likely going to be a Pay Per View event.
The average price for Pay Per View is between $49.99 and $59.99. A person will need to contact their local cable provider to order this event closer to the date of the fight. The time of the fight will be determined once the location is finalized. Many of these fights begin in the early even with this fight, the main attraction coming last. More information will come as the date approaches and things are finalized.
Khabib Nurmagomedov vs Justin Gaethje is going to be one of the latest in the UFC and no matter what the state of the country is like Dana White is determined that this is going to happen. Both fighters are looking forward to this fight. One way or another match will go on and there will be a new champion in the UFC.
